Riko Maino (舞野 リコ Maino Riko[?]) nicknamed "N" (Noriko) (のりこ[?]) is an original character by Guchiry, and is the protagonist of the song Noisy Minority. She is also features as a side character in the song Nitro.
She is one of the students responsible for leading the Revolutionary Army, alongside "J," but is currently reported as missing after the events of Nitro had transpired.[1]

Riko has golden hair tied into long pigtails with braids wrapped around them, distinctive, jagged teeth, and cool purple eyes with lightning bolt-shaped pupils.
She wears a gray top with a white blouse underneath, and a black, frilly skirt. A loose-hanging, long black bowtie is tied around the collar of her blouse and she also wears the armband with the Revolutionary Army armband on her upper left arm and black cuffs. She wears loose white socks with a black stripe and black shoes for footwear. Riko is also often seen wielding a megaphone when conducting activities for the Revolutionary Army.
At the end of Nitro she wears Jiro's coat, which is tattered after he had exploded the building.
Personality[]
Riko is very direct person and cannot forgive anyone who is crooked or corrupt in her eyes.[2] She has no tolerance for being provoked so she's weak when it comes to arguments. Even though she's sarcastic and foul mouthed like Jiro, they do both genuinely care about others.[3] Riko isn't a good student academically compared to Jiro and cannot study.[4]

Jiro and Riko argued often, though they came to realize they had similar thoughts and decided to form the Revolutionary Army. Despite their frequent arguments, Riko and Jiro seem pretty close, with Jiro giving her the nickname "Noriko" which she frequently corrects.[5] Riko does care for Jiro back and was devastated as she watched him burn up along with the government building.
Etymology[]
Riko (リコ[?]) doesn't mean anything in Katakana, but in Kanji it can mean “white jasmine”, “reason, logic” etc.[6]
Maino (舞野[?]) can be divided to Mai (舞[?]) meaning “dance” while no (野[?]) meaning “plains, fields” etc.[7]
Her nickname Noriko (のりこ[?]) just like Riko, it means nothing in Hiragana, but in Kanji it can mean “rule, ceremony, chronicle”, etc.[8]
