Under the cherry tree, countless
Feelings of someone fleeted and scattered
Like petals fluttering in the early spring’s breeze

A flurry of cherry blossoms flying at evening in the tree-lined broadwalk
That girl ran through, running off without looking ahead
The swaying light green shining sunlight in the early afternoon
The pink-tinted cheeks girl disappeared

Throughout the changing seasons, the impermanent world changes
The heart, the body, the memories, the recollections
Even my feelings towards you

The daytime’s light in the way of the view, it’s so dazzling
Shining on the future of 2 people
Even if it’s a story that can’t happen and last anymore

Under the cherry tree, countless
Feelings of someone fleeted and scattered
The petals fluttering in the early spring’s breeze enveloped the 2 of us

Autumn leaves dancing in the wintry wind blowing fiercely
Through the tree-lined boardwalk, that girl ran through steps to tomorrow’s direction

Piled up snow, children frolicking, kamakura festival[2], just the 2 of us
Are the feelings that bound us together now stronger and stronger to bind?

Under the cherry tree, countless
Feelings of someone were told
Feelings bound together, feelings never fulfilled,
Love, romance are part of life

Even the longing for love, even as it scattered
And yet once again, the spring arrives from the passing seasons

Blossomed

Petals dance, the shining sun
Melting the blanket of snow to let life sprout
The prologue now just reached its ending

Under the cherry tree, countless
Feelings of someone fleeted and scattered
The beginning of the bell’s chime rung through the tree-lined boardwalk
A petal scattered past

  • The song is about love being lost and being fulfilled, with spring as the main theme

  • Shishido helped write the guitar arrangement for Mugenhouyou as Guchiry couldn't think of one.
  • This song was chosen for Mugenhouyou was so the album could end on a refreshing note.[4]
